Metrocare Services invites young people aged 12-18, particularly those with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities, to join our After School Options Program. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore creativity, meet new friends, learn valuable skills, and enjoy exciting community experiences in Adelaide.

Program Overview:

• Schedule: Runs after school from 3.30 PM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekend support available.
• Activities: Join us at our Hub for activities like painting, craft, journaling, hiking, yoga, and mindfulness. We also organise community outings to places such as Tree Climb, BOUNCEinc, the Art Gallery of South Australia, and more.
• Transport: We can provide transport to and from activities if needed.

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships.
• Develop essential life skills for greater independence.
• Engage in activities promoting health and wellbeing.
• Explore personal expression through art, music, and other creative outlets.
  
  

Support Options: Participants can choose to be supported individually (1:1) or in small groups (maximum ratio of 1 staff to 3 participants) to ensure everyone receives the support they need.

Program Costs: This program is available to young people with an NDIS plan, funded from the Core budget. Some hub-based activities and outings may incur additional costs, which will be communicated in advance.
