Metrocare services was established as a result of our founders’ passion for care and support of people with disabilities, to assist them in achieving their goals, for a more inclusive and better quality of life. We strive to simplify our clients’ NDIS journey and to maximise the available assistance and services offered.

Our founders, with over 10 years of combined experience in the disability, youth care and hospitality industries, recognise that every one of our clients is unique and requires a tailor-made approach to services and care on their own terms. Our key words are choice and control, and our organisation is committed to ensuring that clients exercise choice and control in the important decisions about their health and wellbeing. We also welcome carers and family members as important decision makers for some of our clients (with their express permission).
Metrocare Services is committed to excellent governance, as a means of recruiting and training high quality, professional and skilled staff who approach their duties with empathy and compassion, put our clients’ needs first at all times, and are dedicated to safety and best practice service and outcomes.
Our internal governance also ensures that the NDIS Quality Standards are upheld and that clients are advised of all relevant information, including the right to provide feedback and make complaints if necessary, on commencement of their involvement with us.
